Indians just tick Strongly Agree on every survey. Basically use it as an expression of “yeah I’ve heard this before”.

what if I told you Indians are not uniquely crass/explicit

Rather, subtlety/erudition are unique Anglo/WEIRD traits; everyone else just copies Anglos in English and are explicit in their own tongues

But Indians who think in English, cuss in English (without emulating Anglos)

See e.g. patriotic songs among any non-Anglo culture. Just simple lines like “we’re great”, “we’ll kill our enemy”. Or flirting, just “you’re beautiful” “I like you”. None of the complexity and subtlety you see in in Anglo culture.
